HERE ARE A LIST OF VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES THAT ARE AVAILABLE RIGHT NOW!!

1.· 2011 Scrapbook Expo Events - Call for Volunteers

We are looking for volunteers to help out at the Scrapbook Expo events this year.

Below is a list of tasks and scheduling times for each location.  You can see we have lots of needs. We also need 3 people to help Elena with the evening crops selling raffle tickets and handing out goodies!

PLEASE EMAIL ME ASAP SO WE CAN MAKE SURE WE ARE COVERED!
THINGS WE NEED TO KNOW:

1. What days and shifts you can work
2. What t-shirt size you wear. We ran out of larger sizes, we only have up to XL and they run really small but we can probably give you Club Royalty t-shirts

4 things you need to know:

1. We are not able to pay for parking
2. We will have water and snacks in the booth
3. You will be able to use your badge to get in and out of Expo the day(s) you volunteer
4. Please wear pants or Capri’s Khaki or jeans

2.  Club Royalty Volunteers Needed

We are looking for people who have a few hours every week free for a 6 month minimum commitment.

Duties to include the following:

1.  Organize crafty charitable challenges

2. Advertise crafty charitable challenges

3. Partner with charities to be recipients of the good deeds

4. Coordinate with artist, designers and manufacturers for sponsorhip and live chats.

All the information, except for coming up with the tasks, will be fed you by Elena.

You will be required to follow-up and finalize the details.

 4. Spring Cleaning and Organizing of Storage Unit

What:  Clean and organize storage unit
When: Saturady, March 13, 2011  10 am - 4 pm
Where:  2220 Watson Way, Vista CA  92083, Space #88
Bring yourself, bring your friends.  Wear appropiate clothing for standing, walking, and sorting.  Do not need to be able to lift.
Stuff that is no longer needed will be given away for use by your charity, school, club, etc.  First come to help will get first pick!
